Local 1000, The Traveling Musician's Union, of the American Federation of Musicians is raffling a Deering Vega long neck played and autographed by Pete Seeger.  



The proceeds will benefit their Emergency Relief Fund & the Local's organizing efforts for Fair Trade Music. Tickets are $20 each, $100 for 6. Only 600 tickets available. For info: http://local1000.com/pete-seeg​er-banjo-signed.html

I asked the folks at Local1000 how the raffle is going. They said that there are only 150 tickets remaining before they are sold out and the raffle is held. Get 'em while they're hot!
