Where can I purchase a gig bag for a longneck open back five string banjo?

Ask your local Veterans' Admin if anyone is getting into sewing.
I got a whole lot of cool custom leather work done that way,
right down to leather cuffs on my favorite winter coat.

A buddy of mine uses a gig bag made for an electric bass.

Gold Tone used to make/sell them but they don't list them on their website anymore....you could call them and see if they have any old stock, they were very good.

Not sure that I would use a gig bag for a long neck banjo. Typically the necks are weak by comparison to std size necks and there is no neck support in most gig bags. I would recommend a hard shell case and, possibly, add back pack straps to it later.

I had the Gold Tone long-neck gig bag; I've used gig bags for years. As John said, I got a bit nervous using the gig bag with the long-neck, plus the extra length made it feel awkward for me. I ended up getting a TKL hard case.
I'd check EBay; that's where I sold my Gold Tone gig bag

Cheap, quick, see if you can find snowmobile pants at a thrift shop, with a zipper all the way down the outside of the leg.
Whack off one leg, sew everything else shut.
And if not snowmobile pants, a sleeping bag. Turn it inside out, zip it shut, run a stitch long it to make a long and big enough triangle, cut off the excess, turn it right side out, add straps and maybe pockets for tuners, sheet music, sammiches, etc. (INSIDE pockets for things you want to keep colder).
Still, a bass guitar gig bag will LOOK less startling to the civilians.
AND, for a little extra neck protection, you might tolerate the extra weight of a strip of 3/4 inch plywood, maybe 4 inches wide, lightly padded, with a big hole to fit around the bridge area, and Velcro (TM) straps to fasten it firmly from the top nut to the tailpiece, so the banjo has less chance to get flexed, while being transported.

Here's a gig bag, at Elderly. elderly.com/accessories/items/...ONGIG.htm
Here's a hard case for open back long neck, also at Elderly. elderly.com/accessories/items/...ONGNK.htm
Hard shell case for resonator long neck. elderly.com/accessories/items/...NGNKR.htm
You might also try some of the stores that support BHO, they tend to be banjo aware, unlike a lot of the local stores in my area. It's hard to buy a banjo in Cleveland, let alone a long neck. Long neck here refers to beer bottles.
