So, as I continue to work through the early banjo tutors as a massive recording project, I am now on the "Green Converse" book of 1865, which is called "New and Complete Method For the Banjo With Or Without A Master" by Frank Converse. It is fascinating and important to us, as it shows us a differentiation in the style of Stroke and early Finger Style. It clearly tells us how to work through different keys without re tuning the banjo. Well represented with much classic stroke style and much more. It is in my "music store" where you can preview tracks for free, or download them for a quarter each.

Pay a visit as the collection grows. In the Converse book, I am on song 24 of 78.
