In this video I am using lessons I learned from David Cavage (MusicMoose.org) when his website was still active some years ago and Murphy Henry's Amazing Grace DVD. with a little 3/4 time improvisation thrown in for good measure.

That's really made my day. I have had these tunes bottled up inside me and I really had no idea how others would react when they saw them.



In a in a crazy moment of spontaneous action I wrote to Lisa McCormick asking for her permission to used the audio recording from her guitar lesson and I was quite surprised when she wrote back saying:




"Hi Archie,


Thanks for asking! Yes, go ahead, and be sure to send me the link so I can see your creation. I play banjo too.


Enjoy - Lisa"


 


 


So after sending the link I got this reply:



 




"Bravo! How delightful to be playing a duet with you, Archie!"
