I listed this for sale a couple of weeks ago. A couple of days later, as I was taking the photos, I had forgotten how good this banjo sounded, how playable it was, and how much I liked it. I just had to think about this and ask myself, Do I really want to sell this banjo ? It wasn't that I was asking too little, or that I sold it off site, as someone suggested. So I hid the ad, which the classifieds do permit. I violated none of BHO rules, nor would I. I simply had to think about this. I came to the conclusion that what the proceeds will be going toward, justify selling this wonderful banjo.
It is in excellent condition. I'm on my lunch break, I will add photos tonight.
I will give a more detailed description, and answer any questions, after I post the photos.

A banjo player changing their mind about selling a banjo? A banjo player regretting selling a banjo once it's gone? Never. These things don't happen. I'm linking this to our group "Buyers and Seller's Remorse."
BTW I loved my 69 Vega Earl Scruggs--GREAT banjos for both Scruggs and clawhammer.

I'll be selling some more stuff soon. I try to ask reasonable prices for stuff. I actually sold it for less than I paid for it, but not by much. It gave me great joy for a long time, and it's going to a good home. I like that.

I purchased a VEGA pot with the "modified" tubaphone ring from a Hangout member. Made a neck for it & it's a very good sweet sounding & easy playing banjo, & doesn't weigh as heavy as a Mastertone or Baldwin., one of my favorite.
