I just completed the transcription and archiving of Daniel Carter Beard's historic 1884 "Uncle Enos" cigar box banjo / banjar plans.  They have been uploaded to Cigar Box Nation and are free for anyone to use:  cigarboxnation.com/forum/topic...lans-stor

I'd seen the plans before, but not the whole article. Very cool!! Currently building a couple of cigar box banjos as we speak!
