Trump slaps tariff on Chinese made banjos ! Trump states this is “Unfair trade” as the Chinese “do not import many American made Banjos”
The tariffs are opposed by many in the president's own party.
Republican Senator Jeff Flake - a prominent critic of Mr Trump who opposes the move - said he was drafting legislation to nullify the Banjo tariffs, saying “If we can not buy cheap Chinese banjos how can our young musicians learn to play this our traditional instrument ?”
House Speaker Paul Ryan said he disagreed with the action and feared its unintended consequences.
Mexico is said to be applying for an exemption to the new tariff.

I've been watching this on C-SPAM. Hopefully they will come to some kind of agreement. I want my cheap banjos.
