Hello All!
Long time guitarist here- just started with my first 4 string banjo.- It's a 4 string tenor banjo. Is guages 9,10, 13 and 20 ok for the tuning of C, G, D, A?
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Those are too light, other than maybe the 1st string (9). Do a search for "tenor banjo strings cgda tuning" and you'll find something more appropriate. Like 10,16,23,30. How many frets...as that may make a slight difference in recommendations.
