I think we would need more pictures to be able to help you more. Please take pictures of the front of the pot, the resonator, a full picture of the fretboard, any scratches, dents, breaks, the tail piece, etc. The better the pictures, the better we can help identify/date it.

Well, the truss rod cover says to me it's Asian-made, and couldn't be much older than ~1980.
