Did anyone else see the Stringjoy Black Friday offer on Subscribe & Save?
Around Nov. 19th I signed up for 6 sets of banjo strings every 3 months. The first set of 6 was discounted 10% to $5.39 per or $32.35 with each subsequent order being $5.99 per set or $35.94 total. Last week was 3 months and I was charged $43.14 which is their regular price if you order 6 sets. To keep this story short I have gotten nowhere with Stringjoy in trying to correct this. Even after attaching the email invoice from the original order.
Just wondering if anyone else is dealing with this. I've cancelled my subscription and they have lost a customer.
