idk, seemed like the internet needed this. I just had to hunt to figure out the 1, 4, 5, and 6m for the fDGCD tuning.
EDIT: the pdf printed weird so I attached an image

Some feed-back from me:
The dots seems to be misplaced in some chords so it is difficult to see which fret should be fretted.
The 4 chord in F should be Bb, not Bm. I make the Bb as 3220 (from the fourth to the first).
I prefer to make Dm as 0223 to get all notes in the chord.

Agreed, these are largely wrong, because of the ‘printing’ presumably. Since this is effectively Mountain Minor tuning, it would be simpler to use the familiar G tuning chords and just fret the b sting one fret lower where possible, and leave it unfretted for chords which contain a c note, like C, F, Am, D7, etc.

I also have a two lesson YouTube video series on the basic chords in this tuning.

I am sorry to say that the chords are not correct!
Both the F chord and Bb chord shall be fretted one fret lower than indicated. You chart shows a F#(b5) chord and B chord (if the fourth string is omitted)!.

It calculates them; any chord or scale.
