Asking for prayers for the full recovery of bluegrass musician E.T. Firth from colon cancer surgery. He has to start chemo also. Hes a local/regional legend here in southeastern Virgina. One of the founding members of the band "Just a Cut Above " from decades ago and a founding member of Code Blue. A multi instrumentalist and great vocalist, hes the only bluegrass banjo player ive seen who rests the base of his right hand on the head above the strings when he plays. Truly unique.
Just an all around good man ive known since i started playing bluegrass in the 80s.
I know hed appreciate your prayers as he carries this heavy cross.
