I converted my iPad photo to a jpeg but it still won’t upload to BHO. Will anyone help me out with this please? Thank you for your consideration.

 [Sorry, lapsteel, though I've heard about iPads and converting from one format to another, I might know less about such things than I do about making music.   sad    Hope somebody else steps up.]

There are file size limits on how large a pic file can be uploaded to BHO. I can't remember what those limits are, but I'm thinking anything larger than 5mb will be rejected. I can't find that info at the moment...

iPads can take super-high resolution photos. I suspect you are trying to upload photos that exceed the maximum. Have you tried down-sampling your photos then trying to upload?
