It is not possible to upload photos to BHO from an iPad even if you convert them to a jpeg.
This is a partial solution. Upload them as a video…..

Every photo in my album here, was uploaded from my iPad. It’s the only device I have. I don’t have a working computer, and have never had a smartphone.

I really don't know. I'm clueless when it comes to that stuff. It's whatever the iPad does, when I take a photo with it, or I save a photo from the internet. When I put photos into my BHO gallery, I just go to the upload photos page, click on choose file, click on photo library, choose and click on the photo, then it automatically goes back to the BHO photo upload page, where I click on upload photos, and it's added to my gallery. I've got 4 pages of photos here, and it's worked every time.
