Wondering if anyone has any leads on where to find “Banjo Pathways for Tenor” from Buddy Wachter. I’ve got the “Learning Tenor Banjo” from him through Homespun and he’s referencing future tapes. Seems that there’s a whole series, but not much about them that I can find. If anyone knows where I could watch and/or buy these, it’s much appreciated!

Very occasionally, "Banjo Pathways" turns up on eBay. That's where I got the plectrum and tenor versions.
It also turns up on rare occasions here on Banjo Hangout. I sold my copies of the courses here. Maybe you can find the purchasers by searching the archive. They may now be ready to sell.
Something to be aware of: "Banjo Pathways" was issued on VHS tape. These tapes have deteriorated with time so, if you find them, they are unlikely to be in pristine condition.
Good luck with your search. "Banjo Pathways" is worth the effort it takes to find it.
