Gibson PB-3 Master Tone FON 9221-29 converted into a five string banjo utilizing a Frank Neat maple neck and a Sullivan no-hole unplated conversion ring. Two piece flange. Thick rim. I sourced both the donor banjo and the neck from Bernunzios Uptown in NY. The nickel plated parts are exceptionally clean which makes me doubt they are original. This is a very sweet sounding banjo, with an even and balanced response across the strings.
