Masterful creation by Deering. Classic Boston model banjo. Mahogany resonator, rolled tone ring. Like New, and close to mint with like new custom Deering case. Plays easy, sounds wonderful.
*From Deering: This banjo was made in May of 2011. In terms of design, this is relatively new design. Deering’s last major update to the Boston model was in 2008, so all of the current specifications listed on our website will still apply to this instrument.
The banjo very much looks new. It’s been played very little, and is very clean. It’s also been properly cared for, properly humidified, and it’s set up to spec. I’m sure it’s a rare find. Deering’s best leather strap included (original cost over $100). New cost $2749.
