This Extremely rare professional bluegrass banjo is beyond belief. Huss and Dalton learned how to make bluegrass banjos while working for Stelling Banjo Works. They were apprentices to Geoff Stelling who was a legendary banjo luthier. They now manufacture some of the finest handmade acoustic guitars on the market today. They were making the finest bluegrass banjos and open back banjos until they ceased production 10 years ago. They were simply too expensive to manufacture without charging a list price if $5,500. This model listed for $4,500 when rolled out. Their banjos are highly coveted. Owens Mill was made in three iterations, Walnut, Mahogany and Maple. This one is a stunning natural maple. Flat fingerboard and slightly wider nut makes it effortless to play. OHSC
