This is a very nice curly maple neck and resonator set from a Gold Tone OB-Standard. These are considered blems, meaning that they may have a minor cosmetic issue. The 12th fret side dots were redone on the neck, which I assume was the "blem". I found no issues with the resonator, and they are both finished beautifully as you can see in the photos. The neck is straight and the frets are very nicely done with almost no wear. Capo spikes have been installed at frets 7 & 9. I used a shim on the upper heel to fit the neck to my parts banjo. I'm leaving it there in case it's needed for fitment on another banjo. If not needed, you can just pop it off. (I sold the pot, so I no longer need this set.) Custom truss rod cover is very secure with one screw. This is absolutely the best bang for your buck in a neck and res combo for your project.
