For sale is a genuine Canadian-built Calton case that's ready for someone to bring it back to its full potential.
The Cons:
A small batch of Canadian-built Calton cases developed an issue where the interior fabric breaks down and sheds over time. This is one of those cases. It will need a new interior to be truly exceptional, making it a great project if you're handy or have access to a quality case restoration shop.
The Pros:
The hard part is already done. The exterior is in excellent condition, and the case is structurally sound. I've thoroughly cleaned and buffed the entire exterior and installed a brand-new handle. Once the interior is replaced, you'll have a premium Calton case for a fraction of the cost of a new one.
If you've been wanting a Calton without paying new-case prices, this is an excellent opportunity.
