It is widely accepted that Bart Reiter makes some of the best new, old-time banjos around. Bart's instruments are faithful reproductions of some of the classic openback five-string banjos of the 1920s era, straightforward in construction and meticulously built.
This superb 5-string banjo is in truly mint condition. It has less than an hour’s play, with no scratches or dings, and no fret wear. I am the original owner, and have just not had the time to play it at all in the time I have owned it. Hence, it is truly in pristine condition and sounds great, with a great bottom "plunk" along with a powerful, sparkling top end.
