1981 Liberty Quadrille 5 String. Has been played a lot and shows signs of wear. It was in great need of cleaning and repair when I purchased it. The metal parts are in good shape, the resonator has had some re-finish work, the neck and peghead have minor dings, recent professional fret work (replaced 1 thru 9 and dressed 10 thru 22). Spikes at 7, 9, 10 and 12. Includes TKL case in excellent condition. These Quadrilles rarely come up for sale because most owners hang on to them. I'm only selling mine because I need a lighter weight banjo due to the fact that as I get older, the banjo becomes heavier! Excellent tone and volume, very creative and artfully done MOP inlay, very unique flange holes, all metal is nickel plated. It's been sitting in the case for several months, so if it sells, I'll add new strings. Note: The strap is not included. Feel free to ask questions or request additional pictures. You can also research this model online. You can also find the s/n (1070) and date of mfr for this particular banjo at decavabanjos.com (Open "Liberty Banjo Memories"). Make an offer.
