Just started lessons 2 weeks ago and really enjoy it, it's a 8 week group session,5 in the group,more an intro class as we'll spend time on the different styles BG, clawhammer and two finger thumb lead, I really like this style but not the most common. It's a great place folk school of St. Louis, the instructor is really qualified. Hopefully I know for sure which style I go for, I'd thought it was claw but now I'm not sure. That's it for now keep pickin and get ready for Spring. Larry

The 1st. session was great,after 2 weeks into clawhammer 1 I had to drop out for knee surgery then about 9 weeks after that I had to have surgery on the other knee. I've just been pounding it out on my own while trying to find another teacher. Larry
