Had my first lesson today and it was quite helpful. My biggest problem so far is keeping my ring finger and my little finger planted on the head. My ring finger keeps trying to pick every time my middle finger moves and my little finger wants to follow the ring finger.

lg9455 says: 1/1/2012 3:22:02 PM Larry, try putting a rubber band around your ring and little finger when you practice or a piece of tape. Soon the muscle memory will kick in. By the way are you using your name and birthdate for your site name? If this is true, first of happy birth day then you won't believe it but my birthdate is 121046 and name is Larry too.
