Hi Gang,
I was wondering if anyone was familiar with restoring the faded lettering on the " pearloid " and other "non-wood" materials typically found on the peg heads of Montana, Sultana, and other styles of B&D banjos?
I recently looked at a B&D Montana and the red lettering " MONTANA " was almost completely faded. What would one use ( ink, paint ?) to re-letter the aforementioned peg head ? I'm sure that one of our group has encountered a condition like this. Any thoughts ???
