I have a 2009 maple Bales and it is a beaut. It plays and sounds great. Curly maple, and gets tons of compliments. It's serial #1001, which Ronnie said he made between numbers 39 and 40. Has the turbo ring and Prucha hardware. Ronnie said he made around 70 banjos, so I'm proud to have one of them. Would love to see more owners to sign up to this group! Don
