Cranky BLers are okay, it's the.. 'others' we need to worry about. LOL It's like being okay with your brother when he's having a bad day, but ya don't have to be okay with the neighbor in the same situation. :-)

One option is for our group members to just start using the chat room and coming in the chat room when their schedule allows like the old days. Another option is for us to take turns to pick a day that that person has the free time to come in the chat room, post the date and time range he will in in the chat in this group (a day or so in advance if possible) and then who can come, comes. If people don't show for one time (it might not be due to disinterest, but more due to busy schedules), they might be free for the next time..or the next. :-)
