Ok; this post has nothing to do with banjo, Bishline, or bluegrass, but 'Smokin' The Bird' would be a great title for an instrumental. I heard Tony Rice playing 'Plastic Banana' on Bluegrass Junction yesterday so, why not?

However, I am actually smoking four whole chickens for a Christmas luncheon for my associates at work today. This could be my greatest culinary achievement - or my greatest disaster; time will tell..............

	lostoaks says: 12/5/2012 5:26:32 AM I smoked Brisket for 300 people last week for a Benifit at Our Church last week. Took about 12 hours, but well worth it. I enjoy Smoking everything from Brisket to ribs, BBQ Chicken, and just about anything I can fit in My Smoker. Good Luck with it.

About 4 years ago I cooked Ribs and BBQ Chicken for a Christmas Dinner for the Church and since then I have become the "Unoffical, Offical" Cook for the Church!! But I don't mind as long as no one gets sick from My cooking. Plus They let Me Play in the Church Band, so If They run Me off, They loose their Cook!!!!
