	markus1022 says: 1/18/2013 7:28:52 AM Hey Everybody. I'm a relatively new owner. I bought mine from a guitar shop near Nashville. I found a good price on an Heirloom model. I couldnt believe how nice it looked out of the box. Being a relatively new player, I don't think I realized what I had until other banjo players started noticing it. At any rate, something didnt sound quite right with it and the action was high up the neck. I took it to a local guy here in Illinois and asked him to take a look at it and see if he could get the action a little lower and anything else he thought it needed. After getting it back from him a few months ago, this instrument sounds and plays AMAZING. My hunch is the guitar shop that i bought if from had tried to set it up and just were not all that familiar with setting up banjos. I bought this banjo over the phone after seeing an ad online, so i never got to play it before I bought it. All this to say, I am tremendously happy with my Bishiline Heirloom. I'm already planning my next purchase and have my eye on the new Rosemary. Wishing all a great 2013. Mark W.
