I got my buckeye (#159) ~ 3 weeks ago and I love it more every day! Its a 12", 3.5" deep, 3/8" thick pot with a rosewood tone ring. Its got a tigermaple neck with a 25" scale, and the bridge is moved towards the tailpiece about 1/2" more than it would be on an 11" pot. I've set it up with a renaissance head tuned to 90 on my drum dial - the bass that comes out on the low strings rattles my chair, and yet it still has enough mid/high presence to cut through a jam.
Overall, #159 is a gorgeous banjo with a sound that defies the laws of physics! I'll try to get some recordings on here in the near future....
