Looking for fellow kingstonians for some picking. Im no pro, just looking for someone to play with, maybe learn with eachother.

Bring your banjo to the Bluegrass Jam at Ben's Pub on Clergy Street (between Brock and Princess) on Thursday evenings. Start time is 7:00 p.m. The good thing is that it's very, very welcoming. I play clawhammer banjo (and guitar) and they have accepted it fully. We don't mind how well you play. This is a jam, and all levels of proficiency are at home. It's a very no-pressure situation. We even had someone with a canjo!
	jeremyg says: 4/22/2013 6:39:03 PM Thx paul, ive heard of that jam and often thought about checking it out! I don t play with many people anymore, (wife and kids are keeping me pretty busy) but i need to get back into it. Maybe ill come check it out first, get my courage up!
