What tunes are you playing that you think are particularly suted to cello banjo? What would you like to be playing? Me, I like the key of D for cello, and am playing Hard Times Come Again No More. I'm curious about what others are playing --

	Bluesage says: 10/28/2011 10:26:07 PM I've found it's less the tune, and more the playing situation. If I'm playing a solo set, I'm more likely to bring along the cello banjo than when playing in a six piece ensemble. That being said, I do like the sound of the blues on this instrument! Mike

You know, now that you mention it, there is another time that I ALWAYS break out the banjo cello, and that's when I'm playing with another banjoist (clawhammer or three-finger). I'm then down in guitar range with the other banjo dancing around above the growling lower tones of the cello banjo; a very cool sound... Mike
