Getting Started

From erwindink on 5/10/2012 6:57:00 AM

I'm just getting started and have been looking at available resources.

The site www.banjobook.com has some very interesting looking books but they aren't cheap. Is anyone familiar with any of the lessons available here?

I'm not sure where to start. I definitely want to stick with GCDA tuning so Tenor banjo lessons seem to make the most sense since there isn't much available specific to the banjo cello.

Any tips on styles or methods to start with?
