There's a slow jam on the 2nd Thursday of the Month at the United Methodist Church in Newtown at 7:30 (park in the rear). Same place - there's an open mic/jam on the first Saturday of each month except July and August. It takes place after a spaghetti dinner. Music starts around 8.
