Got this off ebay last week. Interesting rim with perch pole. Neck gone missing. The seller had bought it thinking it was a bodrhan. 11"rim. Unusual rolled edge on the bottom making access to the nuts a bit tricky. Serial number looks like 1019. No 24 stamped on rim covered by perch pole. 18 hooks. Rim appears to be oak at a guess. It has the date 1887 in pencil on the inside of the vellum.
