Hi sorry for going off topic but I have a mandolin made by George P. Matthew (Soho Hill Works, Birmingham). Is it odd that he made a mandolin?

There is an English Patent number associated with it, but it Google has no corresponding record of an expired patent with that number. It also has a DRGM number.

Inquisitive says: 5/2/2026 4:55:47 AM Hi there, l can't see a way to add photos :( I have put an advert up here: banjohangout.org/classified/114992 However l now think it was probably priced too low as it would have been a limited run of the instrument. Any thoughts? I have many more pics but this website only permits 5 pics on an advert for some reason!
	Stephen John Prior says: 5/2/2026 7:32:09 AM You need to post the photos on your home page then when you click on a photo, on you home page, there is a link beneath the photo for posting to the group. As far as the 5 pics you can just add another five and so on. Sorry I have no idea with regards to a reasonable price.
