My new purchase

From LNEU on 11/19/2013 7:10:35 AM

I have just purchased what I believe to be a 1963 bowtie with a 19 hole tonering.  That is according to the serial number.  The thing I questioned was no Gibson sticker in the rim.  Is that common?  It has two Keith tuners in place of the G & B string Klusons.  Other than that, it is all original.

The thing really cranks.  I set it up with a Snuffy Smith bridge, tightened the head just a little and it won't stop!!!

These Banjos did not have a label in the Rim. Please tell us your serial number, it should be stamped on the back of the peghead.
