My conversion isn't a prewar, but real nice just the same. A year ago I acquired an '03 RB250 pot sporting a Crowe ring from a hangout member; and with the help of Ron Satterfield (old gold plating), Arthur Hatfield (neck and resonator), and 1st Quality (engraved parts), I put together a "vintage" style Granada. I have been through a lot of good banjers, but this one will be with me 'til the end. It's got the tone and responsiveness that makes it hard to put down. And it's gorgeous to boot.
