i got a 1984 Mastertone on an auction site. I knew it was musty but this was bad! Phew. So with care, I am learning how to tear down and clean a banjo. Yippee it is fun. She has a 20 hole tone ring, one piece flange and a 3 ply rim. Now it is time to clean and polish her up.
