I bought a new Goldtone MM-159LN on April 1st of this year and my experience has been extrordinary! The banjo (which I love) showed up on Tuesday the 5th and had a wonderful finish and tone, but the 5th string tuner was bad: it skipped down a couple of steps every time I tried to tune it up to pitch. I emailed Goldtone and they sent a replacement tuner immediately - I installed it, played all afternoon, and took it to a jam the next day! Super service and super banjo - Thanks Goldtone!
