I live in the Netherlands and I bought a GTR in the early eighties. I still have it and I still play it. It is tuned double C and it stays always in tune....solid as a rock. Now I am learning Forever and a day from The Kruger Brothers on it. During the years there came other banjo's, Deering,Nechville, Goldtone, but the GTR always remains very special for me. I like the sound of it. It is a clone but a very attractive one. Keep picking!!
