interesting how personal interests often overlap...my favorite fly fishing store (Orvis) just asked me to stop by this weekend for free whiskey, Irish stew and bluegrass music!!

(they could have had me with any one of the 3)

turns out there is a major bluegrass festival with 30 bands and 200 musicians here (Hyatt Regency Bellevue,WA) this Thurs-Sun less than 4 miles from my house.

will be looking for Helix banjos.
