	Tom Berghan says: 3/26/2014 3:20:43 PM I was told that Bill passed away. I believe I was not quite two years ago. I was one of Bill's customers. I now buy my hide heads from johnbalchmusic.com You will get excellent, service, product, and pricing from John.
	jbalch says: 3/27/2014 2:40:50 PM Thanks for the recommendation Tom! You are correct. Unfortunately, Bill died a little over two years ago. He had battled multiple myeloma for a few years. I think Bill's daughter currently maintains the website and continues to supply heads and hides.

	gottasmilealot says: 4/24/2014 1:20:55 PM I finally got my order. Took over a month. My problem was that emails went unanswered and I got no results until I filed a Paypal dispute. I'm a repeat customer, but never heard of Bill's passing until now. The website makes no mention of that, nor does it provide a good address for the business. It turns out that I could have just picked up the items here in PA. Who knew. But, I wish the family the best.
