I just purchased an old VEGA rim - 11 13/16" size. When it arrives, I'll be able to offer pre-mounts in that size!

	jbalch says: 1/27/2015 6:45:04 AM The problem is, demand for these sizes is very small. There aren't many of those banjos to begin with - and very few that need new heads at any given time. I can't afford to pay hundreds of dollars for a rim that I might only mount two or three heads on. I found the 11 13/16" rim on ebay for a good price - so I jumped on it. I'll probably not sell enough heads to pay for it. But, I love these old large rims. Who knows? I might have a neck made for it someday.
