sorry i ve been missing for a bit .. was very ill and in hospital.. im ok now and practicing my banjo .. my instructor has me up to a reasonable fast speed and i finally conquered "boil them cabbage down " now i am doing so well with speed my instructor says i should have no problem pushing the limits. so practice does make perfect and it makes one better.. enjoy every moment ,cause it may be your last....rob
