I had mucho fun,had to work sunday so I'm just now gettin recovered. ;)
I played some good banjos,including Alvins Hopkins and Robbies 3. However,Liz wouldn't let me touch hers. hehe.

I had a great time! Got a chance to visit and pick with you all.....even got MEET Liz!!!! AND she let me play her banjo Rod! HA! Got a chance to meet Derek formally, had see him at festivals before but I don't think that we had ever spoken.....very nice young man and a great banjo picker! All in all, just a great time and a memorable one too as I suppose this was the first gathering of the Kansas Banjo Pickers. Thanks for allowing me to be in the club.
Hope to see you all somewhere down the road.

We had a great time. Good shows, good jams. I got to play tunes with you guys, lean my voice against Rod's a few times, and meet Robby Boone. Came away pleased and inspired by each of yours' musicianship. Thanks.

Yah,that banjo pickers jam was unforgettable and Robbie graciously played guitar while we picked his old banjo......how cool is that?

I had a great time picking tunes and hanging out with you Mary. I think that was one of the things that I really enjoyed about the fest was that there was time to just sit, talk, and in our case, drink. I owe you a couple.
