Hey,
Here are a few events that I found in the W. MI area for the month of February.
Every Thursday (through April actually) WMBGA will be sponsoring a jam and band session at Pietro's in Grand Rapids. The jam runs 7 pm to 8 pm followed by a performance by some of our best local bands. Here's a link www.wmbma.org/pietros.html.
On the 19th the WMBGA Hotbands fundraiser will take place at Zellie's Opera House in Howard City. Local bands will play at 7:15 and 8:15, with jams available throughout the building. Here's the link www.wmbma.org/events.html.
On Feb. 26, from 1pm to 6 pm, there will be a potluck and jam session, at the United Methodist Church, in my hometown Lowell. It is a reunion of current and former members of WMBGA, and "friends of bluegrass" Here's the link www.wmbma.org/pdf/2011-reunion.pdf.
