I just found the Hangout! I've been pckin' now for about 10 months. I now have all of the Murphy Method DVDs.(bought the last 8 on Murphy's B-day sale)..I can't get enough.

I've completed both beginner DVDs, the misfit DVD, the Jam Session Standards, Chord changes, and others.

I'm playing about an hour a day (yes I'm still married). I have a Bluegrass Jam session going on Tuesdays and Thursdays now and that has really helped my playing (very nervous at first but now it's a blast). We have a Guitar player, and a fiddle player, and a washtub bass shows up now and then...I turn on Murhys Jam DVD's and we play along till' we're good enough to play it on our own.
