I got an email saying that there are two slots for the beginner MM camp. I am far away from being an accomplished picker but spending a few days in class with Murphy a couple of years ago really helped me, so if there is anyone out there just starting down the banjo road, it would be worth it.

I've attended TWO of Murphy's camps over the past few years, and had one in person lesson from Casey last summer and I can tell you with all sincerety THERE AIN'T NOBODY BETTER!!! I learned a lot, but still need to learn more. And since I've gone thru some stuff this past year and a half that has kept me AWAY from my banjo (plus I'm old and that has a learning effect as well sometimes!), I really need to do a refresher course! Unfortunately, I can't make my dollars stretch that far right now. But I would URGE anyone out there wanting to make an improvement in their pickin' to grab these seats as quickly as you can! You will never forget it AND you'll make great new friends!

	mebacon says: 10/18/2011 4:01:21 PM I went to a one day MM Clinic in Atlanta about a year ago and learned how to play high breaks to I,IV,V,I tunes. Well worth it and Murphy is such a kind, funny, engaging person. You will enjoy meeting her.
