Just got back from the Portland banjo camp. Wow, what a sweetheart Murphy Henry is. She is very gracious, and just a hoot to hang out with for a couple days. We learned new stuff, did some jammin as well as visiting with new friends and just had a great time. We also heard some awesome picking from Murphy, and got to show off a little ourselves. If you've never been to one of her camps,( and I hadn't), do yourself a favor and go to one. I had a great time.

banjocase says: 1/16/2013 10:28:50 PM I haven't been to any of Murphy's banjo camps but...based on her DVD lessons, I have to agree with all of the above. If I could, I'd choose an intermediate one in Winchester, VA. BTW, it's cold here in Japan and Mt. Fuji is covered with snow. Nice sight to see. Anybody want to swap?

	Moonpie50 says: 4/10/2013 7:06:04 PM I want to go to one of their camps eventually. I want to work through more of their dvd's first. I am a bass player wanna be banjo player. I love their dvd's and they are easily learned that's for sure.
